1) Please describe the GT RACEXEC program?
SRO Motorsports Group has partnered with The University of Texas at Austin to launch GT RACEXEC, an innovative executive education program that merges business leadership training with the high-performance world of GT racing. Building on the success of the GT Business Forum, this program offers immersive, hands-on learning at premier racing events like Sonoma Raceway, Circuit of The Americas, Barber Motorsports Park, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Participants will engage with faculty from UT’s McCombs School of Business and seasoned executives, gaining skills in strategy, data-driven decision-making, team building, and execution under pressure. Graduates earn a Certificate of Business Excellence, underscoring the program’s value as a transformative leadership experience.
2) How will SRO America's teams, partners and sponsors benefit from GT RACEXEC?
SRO America's teams, partners and sponsors benefit from GT RACEXEC by gaining direct access to a high-caliber network of business leaders and decision-makers engaged in the program. The unique format of GT RACEXEC—delivered at marquee racing events—creates opportunities for deeper brand exposure, relationship building, and strategic alignment with executives from a wide range of industries. By positioning their brands alongside an elite executive education experience, partners and sponsors can enhance their visibility, attract new business, and reinforce their commitment to innovation, leadership and performance. For teams, this initiative provides valuable engagement with corporate stakeholders who may evolve into investors, collaborators, or long-term supporters of motorsports.
3) What are the most distinctive points within the programme's innovative approach to business execution?
GT RACEXEC is designed to enhance participants’ ability to align strategy, decision-making, organization, and talent to drive successful execution and develop skill sets. The program will provide business leaders with the knowledge and competencies needed to:
